I would entertain the notion the photographer just does not want to photograph her ink, because it would distract from the rest of her beauty.

I doubt she regrets her tattoos, she seems to have invested quite a lot in them (there's not just one random symbol on her lower back for example), and she has done a fair number of shoots with her tattoos on show. Either way, she's banging.

Exactly. She's committed. Nobody gets a full sleeve without putting a lot of time, thought, and money and into it.
