Being the educated, knowledge loving chaps that we are, I know that just about all of us, when we run into a word such as "antipodean" know what it means. Others, who desire to expand their minds (such as myself) seek to find the meaning to such a word they do not know at a site like www.dictionary.com, that they may be further enlightened rather than flouder about in ignorance.
