Depends on the browser you use. I'm a 50/50 guy. Half the time I use IE and half the time I use Firefox. If you use Firefox (like I do to view the more seedy areas of the internet), there's an add on that will allow you to DL most embedded FLV files as well as any other embedded video format. It's not precise. It will provide you with a choice to DL several "video" embedments on a single page, if they exist. It's up to you to figure out which is the correct one.

I do not have Firefox on my work machine, so I can't readily get the name of the add-on, but it's easily obtainable.

If you use IE, there are free FLV DL pulgin type progs you can obtain. Basically, all these do is read your internet cache. You'll have the same precision issues with these progs as you do the Firefox add-on.

Every streaming file you ever watch using IE is stored in your Temporary Internet Files folder, all you have to do is copy/paste it from there into another directory.

If you don't know how to find your Temporary Internet Files Directory --> Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options>Settings>View Files
