You should be able to load one file per hour. Also changing your IP via re-connect or using a proxy should help you out.

Well, i also have a few own server in a big Data Center and a 16MBit ADSL connection at home and now? Its not a big problem to change your IP via a proxy and download big files from Rapidshare without having a premium account. If your are to dumb in "your own little world", its your problem.
