Question about File Types

Hi guys,

I'm kinda new here, so don't get too pissed at me - I'm wondering how to play .rar files; nothing seems to support it. Is there a special player that I have to download?

Also, I've uploaded a few videos in the video section, but say they're still in queue; it was about 3 months ago. I've got a lot more to upload, but I don't want to bog the system. Does anybody know why it's taking so long for them to be posted?

rar is a compression type, use winrar.

and there are 10,000 movies in the queue. so no matter how many you upload, its still going to take some time, so feel free to upload them whenever you have the time.

ok, another stupid question - I have Winamp, but apparently that isn't what you guys were talking about. Where can i get winrar from? Thanks again, guys!

It's a search engine that can be used to find stuff in the internet.

It's a nice, simple webpage. If you start your webbrowser (that's a program to look at webpages; you should know what this is, since you were able to create this forum) and go to www.google.com you'll see it.
There is a text field there. Enter winrar or winzip, whichever you like, press 'google search' and there you go!
