I don't even really see this as an "oops" and obvious that there's is nothing horrible about it. She's obviously messed up on something because she doesn't even know how to clean up a mess that she made. She can't feel or tell that her tit popped out and after she comes aware of this she starts flashing both of her tits and doesn't care either.
