I agree it's not a gangbang, but I'd also say it's not an orgy.

Being an MFF (or MMF, FFF), i'd call it "group sex".

To me, it's not an orgy until you have at least two couples, not just 4 or more because I wouldn't call MFFFor MMMF an orgy either. You put two couples in bed (the floor, shower, golf course, whatever) then it's an orgy. Add as many other bodies as you wish, but the bare minimum for an orgy is two couples.
