Members will tend to join the site just to post those videos to make money. they join up and only post to make money, and usually don't follow the rules too well.

Off the top of my head, rapidshare and megaupload are decent choices. Mediafire and 4shared are decent hosts too, but I don't know their policies on porn.


edit: MU might be blacklisted too, I can't remember for sure.

Also, www.sharebee.com uploads to five filehost consectutively, so the downloader can choose whichever works best for them. Some of the sites are pay-per-click sites, but since the files are uploaded anonymously, the uploader can't make $$$ uploading, so everybody wins... except spammers.
