I've already got all the Hannah vids. I had no idea she was 17 when I downloaded the vids, besides it all depends what country you live in.

16 is the legal age in some countries and she sure doesn't look like she's 17.

The whole Hannah legal/not legal debate has always seemed very fishy to me. Imagine this scenario:

Guy and girl film naughty stuff. They put it out on an internet forum, to great response. They are inspired to film more. It gets a GREAT response and is picked up by lots of other outside sources for a hot minute. Guy and girl decide they can capitalize on this by creating their own commercial site. How can they get the older FREE stuff out of circulation, while simultaneously building excitement for new material that people will pay for? Release a statement that the old stuff is underage, regardless of whether it is or not. Web pages won't want to touch the old "illegal" stuff but know the new stuff will be in great demand. Now the only Hannah you can get is controlled by them and profitable to them.

Traci Lords did it twenty years ago. She built up a rep by filming stuff that distributors were getting rich on, but she wasn't. So, she started her own production company and made ONE film (Traci I Love You) that she held all rights to. Upon it's released, she announced that for all her other films, she was actually underage (which was true in her case). Immediately every distributor dumped her old films and the only Traci you could get was the one she was controlling...plus, it was such a high-profile scandal, her last movie sold 100x more than anything previous. She made a MINT and never had to fuck for pay again. Absolute fucking GENUIS move.

Of course, in the Hannah case, the commercial site never happened, for whatever internal reasons. Anyone who sees the billion Hannah requests a month here can easily see what the profit potential was if they just slapped a copyright on it and followed through the right way. I don't know Hannah or Luke so I can't prove that my theory is true or not...but keep in mind that if Luke had originally been releasing that stuff when he KNEW she was underage, especially since he was not an anonymous guy but a regular presence here...I just don't believe he'd be that stupid to make that mistake. AND realize his mistake conveniently just when they announced they were working on a pay site.
