Basically, if you couldnt, or wouldnt, film it in the throws of passion, neither could they. And that means that its professional, and carries a copyright.
It doesnt have to have a visible copyright mark to be copyrighted, dont post clips or segments of Girls Gone Wild, College Fuck Fest, Mike's Appartment, and whatnot
