That site locked up my computer with endless popups.

I would use the megaupload to download the file. crazydumper has too many ads and popups.

I am running McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise 7.1

It immediately picked it up

I also ran Adaware

My McAfee still is popping up a message saying that my explorer.exe file is infected and it fails to move it

When I run virus scan on that individual file nothing comes up

Is there anything I can do?

press ctrl+alt+del
kill explorer.exe
drop in the windows CD
run a new task "cmd" and press enter
do the following command: expand X:\i386\explorer.ex_ c:\windows\explorer.exe
(where X is the letter of your CD drive which contains your windows cd)
That command will replace the infected explorer.exe ....until you are infected again

now from the Task Manager run c:\windows\explorer.exe

I'm using Opera and IE with a Linksys Wifi and I never had an issue with it. Rapid share gives only one free download in 50 minutes or more when the file is 50mb or larger! I can't stand the wait
