It would have looked better in red, with a yellow roof.

Looks like some rover that NASA would send to Devon Island....I mean "Mars". Actually that is better quality than anything NASA could come up with.

I'm pretty sure that qualifies same class as one of those battery-powered kiddy cars we sell here in the states. Sheesh!
