I was lucky enough to see Dan Gurney race several times in England,in F1,Group 7(Can-Am) and saloons(sedans). He drove anything and everything. He was just as good in Brabham and Eagle F1s as he was in Lola T70s or Chevy Impalas. I was fortunate to get his autograph at Brands Hatch in 1967 when he won the Race of Champions in the car above. Always a gentleman,he will be missed. RIP.
