Just researched on Google Chrome and found it is Zolland design (Sweden) for Jay Leno.

Why has this car got the English registration of the Alan Mann racing Ford Escort from 1968? It looks like a LHD Volvo customised in the USA but with the British style number plate of probably the most famous Ford Escort in the World.
