the japanese cars in europe are there, in my opinion, for all those who are lookin' for reliable cars... (i drive a citroën, great car)
but not knowin' that the parts of such cars are much higher in price than european cars, since they're notmade here...
and cars break down once in a while (not mine (yet))

We buy Jap cars for their quality and reliability and the fact that they don't have some big 5 litre engine under the bonnet and cost ££££'s just to start up

Not to be a jerk but you live in europe and you buy a japenese car please tell me why???? You could buy an opel speedster something many americans have been begging GM to bring to the US and it would blow the doors off any celica. That being said I do like your car but as a car lover it pains me to see european's that buy jap cars when there are so many better choices.
