It's a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger which is a high-performance V8 version of the British Rootes Group's Sunbeam Alpine roadster powered by a Ford small block V8 engine.
The first prototype was designed by George Boskoff, who was working for Carroll Shelby at that time.
However, Rootes rather decided to contract the assembly work to Jensen Motors in Wolverhampton in England.
Only ca. 7000 produced between 1964 and 1967.
