This is a 1965 Shelby Daytona Coupe. Designer Pete Brock may have glanced at an XKE once or twice before penning this, but the differences are more striking than the similarities. Only six originals were made. A "tribute" run of 50 more are being made by Shelby and you can get one for $350K (aluminum) or $180k (fiberglass). Licenced kit cars have variously been called Brock Coupe, Superformance Daytona, and Shelby Distribution. This particular copy is a CSX900sold by Shelby Distribution in 2013. Superformance still manufactures licensed kit-car versions.
