It's a shelby cobra. The ac cobra was a 1962-1964 260 v8 car only. The ac cars were not big or strong enough to handle a FORD 427 making 600 horsepower. They are inspired by but not AC.

It is an AC COBRA DAX, not FORD associated, other than if Carroll Shelby built it, if it had a 427 motor, or he specially raced it.
