I too have owned three rx7's all three versions of the car - the rotary engine was/is an amazing machine - Last year I became the proud owner of the new rx8 - even though the HP is really only 239 instead of the first advertised 250 it is not lacking in power in anyway!!! Love my red car... long live the rotary engine.

This is my dream car right now. I'll never understand how someone can think the engine in such a finely tuned vehicle is junk. Have you ever owned a rotory? I've had 2 RX-7 (1st gen and now a 2nd gen) Drives like nothing else!
