I had one. It was white. The interior was Red leather. The dash was burled walnut. Passengers in the back seat had tray tables that folded down for their convenience. It had two 7.5 gallon gas tanks. I could switch from one tank to the other as I drove
along. It had electric fuel pumps and overdrive in three gears (four on the floor.)The engine was 3.8 dohc with twin Webber side carbs. Independent suspension and wire wheels with knock off hubs. It had an Italian Abarth exhaust and muffler and it sounded like it had just raced at LeMans. I got laid more with that car than any other I ever owned.
But...it broke a lot. Little things would stop working. When it ran, it really ran.

jag looks good but the drivetrain is a piece of shit...i had a 1987 jaguar vanden plas v12 (326 ci)wich was the biggest v12 they made.any ways it broke down faithfully every payday...and jags magic number seemed to be $800 bucks for all ther fixes for example i phoned and asked how much for a water pump he said $800 i said i mean not installed he said thats not in stalled.(i took it to a rebuild shop $125 and they delivered the part to my door)....i wanted them to do the valve cover gaskets because i didnt want to chance breaking the overhead rail fuel injection setup they have $400 a side i aint payin that..i did it myself i broke 2 clips and cracked 1 injector,,,,,the list goes on, i think the only thing that was reasonably priced was the spark plug wires $275 hey thers 14 plug wires,,,,i love the way jag looks but if i ever get another, it will be with a 350 chevy engine convertion
