Could be a 64 and a half. That’s what they called them when they first came out. Or it could be a 66. The only difference was the two horizontal spikes in the front grill.
I know I bought a used 64 and a half in 1968.

One way to tell is paint color. Certain reds like signal flare were only offered in one year, in the above case 1966
