In the 1950s my Grandfather owned a Slough (England) built "Big Six. It had a 2.9lt 6 cylinder engine and hydro-pneumatic springing (at the rear). He loved powerful cars, but as he had 10 children he had to have large saloons, including Armstrong Siddeley, Vauxhall Cresta and Humber.
