From the owners website:
The Chevy CanAm is an insane car. It was built in 1973 for racing, consisting of a very light Vauxhall Firenza body and the Z28 engine used in racing in America, but better known for their use in Camaros. The high performance engine and light body gave it superior performance figures, awesome even by today's standards:
0-100 km/h in 5.4 s
229 km/h top speed
216 kW SAE
393 Nm torque at 4200 rpm
Only 100 CanAms were built to homologate them, and this makes them extremely rare today. Even fakes are getting a decent price these days. What I wouldnt give for one of these. It was not the best looking cat ever, but who cares?!
