Actually, since this is a 1965 Corvette Sting Ray, the wheel covers (or rims) shown here on this beautiful Tuxedo Black roadster are the standard factory equipment hubcaps for that year.
I much prefer the turbine-fin design cast aluminum knock-off wheels - but that option ran up the sticker price by $323 that year - about an 8% bump in the average roadster MSRP of $4,106 in 1965.

'Nowadays, it's hard to believe these cars sold for such figures, but that was really quite pricey for the mid-1960's - I know 'cause I was there...
