I believe this is a 1948 Norman E. Timbs Buick Streamliner.

Correct Otter, it is the Timbs Spl streamliner, sadly destroyed in about 2019 in a Los Angeles forest fire.

ps, even if the category says Buick Streamliner...which is what it was based on, we won't get our knickers in a knot.
