I can not believe you that this car has a low consume.This car consume more than 12 liters at 100 km

Engine tuning, naaahhh, put in like a small V8 or a small i-6 diesel and it will be great

and with a smaller price tag and fuel consumption than a suzuki jimny....
too bad it only has between 80 and 120 hp...
of course there is always engine tuning....
