Built by Gary Wales, this one of a kind speedster is powered by a gigantic six-cylinder Van Blerck Model L6 engine built to power La France Fire trucks and speedboats of the early Twentieth Century. It displaces seventeen litres, about 1,000 cubic inches, that produces about 200 horsepower.
I have also found photos of a (14 litre ) nigh identical car called the Le Bestioni which is also the product of the fertile imagination of retro auto designer and classic restorer Gary Wales of Woodland Hills, CA.
