I know this chicks not really exercising and just posing but it made me laugh. I'm good friends with a stripper who works at a club downtown and she always does her treadmill in heels and her dance classes too. She says it makes it 10 times easier to dance in heels when your already used to walking and balancing for miles on a treadmill.
