Her left breast (the much larger one) could be natural. It looks like the right one is an implant but that the "original" was much smaller. The skin is now stretched as tight as it can go. Maybe they plan on working-up to a matched set as her chest adapts to this (intermediate) size? She probably looks fantastic in a dress or bikini.
