If you mean "she has implants", no I'm 100% certain those scars are from REDUCTION or RECONSTRUCTION. They don't stitch around the areola to simply add implants. That just requires a scar UNDER the breast, and sometimes another incision under the arm or thru the belly-button to help guide the implant into place.
