There's a good shot of her...these tits on this pic and the following link don't even look nearly the same, even if she got implants. Plus, you can clearly see the seams where the person (failed) to put her boobs together in PS.

I think it's because this picture is very shortly post-surgery while the others you link are much later.

You can still see the surgical tape over the incisions on the underside of the breast on these photos, whereas they're gone (and the breasts have clearly settled a bit more) in the others.
