I had a girlfriend with implants and they felt quite natural. Granted, she started with fairly ample breastsso (mother of two in her 40's) so it was a true augmentation. The thing is, most women get boob jobs so they look better in bathing suits and street clothesn and to experience being curvy. I think this girl, with her tiny waist and long legs, looks pretty good, frankly.

Natural tits are rarely horrible though, unless they get super saggy or something like that but that's expected when getting older.
