My best guess is that those are little white granules of anti-perspirant that caught the light just right and thus appear to be almost 'glowing'...I cannot imagine ANYONE getting their armpit pierced (WHY?), and it really doesn't look like sweat droplets...

Okay... is it the lighting in the picture? Does she have armpit sweat, or is her armpit pierced?
