I didn't vote a 4.5, but I did vote 6.

Pic is mediocre. Quality isn't there, and on top of it.. These Instagram pics are all the same. Too much make up, lame poses, tiny dresses etc. There's no point in giving a high score for a cookie cutter Pic. You see one, you've seen them all.

I give higher scores for IRL's, girl next door and amateur pics, especially those of High digital quality.
