You may be right. I was thinking that was all from (repeated) childbirth, but you can see she's had breast reduction surgery (both tits), so perhaps this is mostly weight-loss related?
Either way, she looks like a lot of fun and if she was wearing a corset, she'd likely be getting rated 8.
