He's entitled to his opinion dude he doesn't like ugly tats and neither do I 😊

There is a difference between not like something and calling something "shit art work".
Saying "I don't like tats" is most definitely not the same thing as saying "stupid", "shit", "ugly" and so on.

Free speech and being entitled to your own opinion is not a free pass for insulting people, "things", art and the work of others as well as their own expression via said art.

Noboby forces anyone to like tats, just like nobody forces anyone to spread their hate.

And it's like a running gag here, tats trigger something in some people that makes them show the world they hate them.
They could just, you know, not comment, maybe score a 1 or sthing (some people are pros at that), and move on. But apparently it's easier and most welcome to spread said hate rather than doing nothing.

And the vast majority of people who keep posting comments like those, don't post any pictures.
