The photo was taken in the mid 80's. The pictures were lost in a tornado but the scratched negatives were found.

Seems pretty clear. Do you not speak English. The photos were destroyed in a tornado but the negatives were found, they were scratched. I scanned the negatives. Does that help. If not tell me what language you need.
