Probably some dumb-ass cocksucker that votes everything a "1" to try to raise their own shitty pictures. I vote based on the girl, the pose, the photo quality and my own personal tastes. But then there's those handful of asswipes that vote a "1" cause they're jealous that they couldn't find something better to post. It happens a lot in the forums too, and it's stupid and ridiculous.
