The choice of the picture is probably deeply personal, but at least she found somebody with a fairly decent amount of skill. It's one thing to tattoo a artistic monstrosity across such a beautiful chest, but when the ink looks like it was done in prison or the first tat the dude ever laid-down... That's where it gets really sad.
