Flashing.

1. Getting naked in a crowd (or at least in a place where people can be expected to walk by any moment) is flashing. Bonus points if it's in some kind of rough environment, e.g. snow.
2. Opening an outer garment to reveal a naked body underneath, or similar loitering with intent to be lewd, is flashing.
3. Pulling up one's top to show breasts is nice, but only barely proper flashing.
4. Showing naughty bits to your boyfriend (or girlfriend as the case might be) in private, however, is only common courtesy and good manners. It is *not* to be considered flashing.
