Whoever talked her into this picture is probably a little disappointed...as are most of us viewing it...but I really think that if she gets the plastic surgeon to perform a nose job along with a boob job, she is likely to get a discounted fee....it's a toss-up as to which surgery she needs more, based on this photo...that's just one honest person's opinion, 'mind you.
