Those don't look like "implant" scars. When they run vertically from the nipple to the chest, it is because she had a REDUCTION. I would bet everything left is completely natural. Her tits are still good size (even a little large) for her body, so I can't imagine what they were like before. Probably couldn't wear a swimsuit...
