A bubble butt is usually a good thing. Depends on the person and their definition of it, but usually bubble butt is used positively, not derogatorily.

I think she looks fantastic! I like that you can barely see her ribs. You should be able to see just the outline of a healthy woman's ribs when she stretches over her head or in certain positions, but they shouldn't be protruding when she's just standing there.
