Its okay to put your hands on your hips, but not in that outfit sweetheart...not up and under the....uhhh....flaps...it looks like you have wings and are ready for take off. Pretty girl tho....but that flowery yellow thing....uhhhh....still not sure about that. You've got great curves, you don't need that flippy floppy stuff hiding your hips.
