I don't care for tats either, but that little arm ring of (what - barbed wire?), an' a cartoon character are small enough to be relatively unoffensive, an' only noticable when she's sleeveless (or naked?) ... I agree that tats are usually tramp-stamps an' evidence of poor judement, an' I don't particularly like 'em...but these don't give me big problems...
Like a butterfly on her ankle, or a set of sexy lips on one side of her fanny...the small ones can be almost cute, an' they don't usually scream, "I'm A TRAMP!" to th' whole world.
