yeah..... occasionally that is the case. I have encountered a few duds in my day. I get all excited, the anticipation builds and I open up his pants and some puny thing drops out. Talk about a buzzkill. I usually just quickly get him off and then move on. Hell, I am after big cocks, which almost always means black. But there are a few outliers out there. Some black guys are small. Just like there are a few white guys who have something going on down there. In both cases I just described, though, the outliers occur very, very infrequently.
