I dont understand your guys' criticisms and safe sex arguments. They've been monogamus for 17 years, and she was infected 10 years ago. Married couples in committed, non-cheating, relationships, especially those wishing and trying to have children, dont wear condoms. The man got the disease to begin with by being a drug user!

If youre going out fucking random bar sluts, yes, condoms every time... if youre married, its understandable that you dont, and I'm not going to get on a high horse and tell anyone otherwise...

Plain and simple, its not happening at the State level. The Fed's in the 70's pretty much said they control the highway dollar's ALL of states rely on for upkeep and maintenance, and they'd pull it from state's that didn't institute the drinking age at 21. They did this in the late-80's as well with the seatbelt laws.

And just because 18 years do drink, still doesn't mean they should. I've seen too many high school killed because theyre stupid, and worse yet, seen them kill OTHER people. YOUR actions affect more than just YOU.

Theres alot of concern over the chances of a genetically damaged child, such as being retarded or physically flawed (for lack of a better term).... however, considering the damage that Turner's Syndrome causes, it was a good faith measure on the mothers part.
