It's not meant to do anything but protest all environmentalists. It's a BIG deal where I live. It's called "rolling coal" and is to pollute as much as possible. It really suck when these fucks drive by and then smoke the shit out of you as your riding a bike or walking. It's good ol' red neck "fuck you world" shit. So common now.

I don't believe that vehicle will meet California's emission standards.
