Right Guys, just a little update, my beemer has now departed for a second face lift! She has gone to have a full Aggressive Body kit fitted all to be sprayed in the ferrarri yellow. Rear 30mm spacers and front 35mm spacers being fitted to alloys.

I have purchased a secondary motor which is on the bench as we speak, all ready for stripping and "working" cossie style. the second power unit is the 2.3 not 2.5, reason for this is more block to work on for the re-bores and weight. A set of nickel capped pistons are ready and waiting to take their rightful place down line of the twin turbo unit to be fitted. Oil coolers are comming directly from a kompressor (written off) and new vented bonnet is bieng manufactured.
I will be happy for a minimum of 300 bhp out of the unit but the engine re borers have accessed closer to 350. only time will tell. Brakes are to be upgraded to 14in vented on the front and keeping standard on the rear.

Due to a serious corrosion problem round the rear screen kinda decided it for me, but after all the work its a head turner due to it being unusual. When floored the M3 power plant comes into its own as they do. Running 99 RON fuel she purrs mate, with her now lowered and shoed with 225x65x17 and gabriel gas filled shocks the roll on cornering is down to a bear minimal. The only thing I want to do to her now to finalize her transformation is fit a supercharger rather than a turbo - as I think a S/S blower just protruding through the bonnet would be the dogs bollocks. Then start the next project - making a nissan 300zx twin turbo pickup...watch this space lol

its diffrent thats for sure........why do it to a 3series?
